Pretty Please Collective Boutiques will gladly exchange regular price merchandise in new condition with receipt, unworn, and tagged with original tags within 14 days in-store or shipped back to sending address. Please contact hello@prettypleasecollective.com with your order number if you wish to exchange any online purchases. 

Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced based on the nature of the defect. If returning in-store this decision is up the manager.

All jewelry and accessories are final sale. All sale or discounted items are final sale.
